THE FACE BEHIND THE NAME
Trish Favretto-Dicer
I am passionate about ensuring our senior Leaders are kind and courageous and can lead at their best. I support you to influence and run positive organisations that contribute to the greater good. Why? Because Leadership is a privilege and a sacred practice; things are changing all the time – there is a lot of uncertainty and ambiguity in the landscapes in which we work and as leaders we need to be well equipped to be able to challenge our mindsets and bring our people with us.
If you thrive and shine as a leader, so can others. For over 25 years I have been successfully supporting leaders to do just that by providing a safe reflective space, practical interventions and an opportunity to focus on priorities.
Trish is a highly regarded and experienced Executive Leadership Coach, Executive Mentor, Career Coach-Strategist, Organisational Cultural Strategist and Facilitator.
