Wellbeing in life and in the workplace is critical for life enjoyment,optimum performance, creativity, innovation, problem solving, positive relationships etc.. When we are not 'well' our engagement in life can be adversely affected.  The connection between Wellbeing and Engagement is indisputable and therefore we need to ensure we provide opportunity to reflect upon how we are living and working.

We all benefit from some 'time-out' to reflect and explore whether we are living at our best. Some time to reconnect with our inner wisdom. Some space in our lives to reinvigorate and renew ourselves, moving forward with vigour, grace, harmony and compassion.

Trish is a highly intuitive coach and facilitator who is sought after due to her ability to support, drive, empathise and produce results that are meaningful.
Trish works with her clients to harness their own inner wisdom.
Grounded in extensive personal, professional and spiritual training and development over the past 35+ years, Trish brings a holistic, balanced and practical approach to the coaching space.

Trish does not believe in the ‘magic bullet’ approach but rather works with each client to find the best and easiest solution for them in terms of improved wellbeing, fitness, movement, nutrition, sleep and mind-set.

Her emphasis is on having clients develop an understanding around what nourishment their mind, body and heart needs, in order to optimise performance and possibilities as a leader and member of their community – living a richer and more authentic life.

How Trish works with you...

Trish sees her role in working with clients as facilitator in leveraging the skills, passion and courage in you to make lasting and positive transformation.

In order to have positive outcomes, Trish helps individuals develop a plan that factors in their commitments, values and objectives, helping them get to where they are wanting to go and then supporting them every step of the way with face to face sessions, phone calls, emails, support material etc..

The main outcomes for clients in the Wellbeing space is driven by the fact that our conversation is, in our experience, often the first time many people, including leaders, have stopped and consciously made a deliberate connection between what they eat, the amount of physical activity they do, the hours they work, their sleep patterns, their approach to work and/or other lifestyle choices, and the quality of their relationships.  It is often an ‘aha’ moment that if they tweak a couple of things they could reach their true potential as a member of their community, leader, family member

Through conversation clients become fully conscious of the true impact of their choices.

What outcomes can you expect...

Together we set in motion small transformative changes without causing extra stresses. 

We continue to monitor and adjust plans as necessary.  Small steps…in diet, exercise, meditative exercises, enjoyable activities, self-monitoring and mindfulness techniques. 

Trish's approach is informed by a long time personal interest in wellbeing -  mental,emotional, spiritual and physical. This includes diet and its impact on our health.  Calorie control, as well as nutritious ‘natural’, balanced, unprocessed food being the main focus….conscious choices around selecting and cooking wholesome food – organic and biodynamic where possible, and limiting sugar, caffeine and alcohol intake.

The main outcome for clients working with Trish is transformative and lasting change in values, attitude/mindset and behaviour toward SELF-CARE.  Clients also gain a certainty and renewed confidence in their own ability to create intentional change and live a healthier and more authentic life. Clients come to truly acknowledge and understand the connection between one's wellbeing and the ability to fully participate in life -  including how well they lead others

YOGA - private and small group classes

I’m committed to the collective wellbeing of all my clients and sharing the joy and benefits of Slow Flow Yoga. I have been practicing Yoga for over 40 years and am an internationally accredited Yoga Teacher.

I’m running classes in the most beautiful space at Sanctuary every Friday morning at 7.45am (50min class) and at 9.15am (60min class), followed by a cuppa! 

Address is 17 Brockman St Narrabundah. $15 – cash or card.  

No experience required.  Wear loose comfortable clothing: Bring a mat (if you have one), water, a small towel and a light blanket as the weather cools.  Easy parking.
