Read MoreChange is in the air….I’m enjoying watching how the leaves on the old oaks in our street are just starting to turn – autumn is knocking. A reminder of the cycles we all live by and the opportunity those cycles continue to present to us. Cycles also mean constant change and sometimes renewal. Change requires adjustment that may bring discomfort. Sometimes change is slow, sometimes fast; sometimes it feels brutal or devasting, alternatively it can bring joy. And sometimes it’s all those things at once.
